1)Get a PO Box at a mail center (Mailboxes, Etc. for example), not THE US Post Office.
2)Wait for any mail that bears the name of a previous 'tenant' of your new PO Box. Use that name on your ordering correspondence.
3) Order from Marc Emery. List your desired seeds and five alternates. Also, briefly describe your growing environment/goals. If he doesn't have your request, he'll be able to make the appropriate substitution.
4) send the money order (remember to discount 20% for US dollars) and wait 3 weeks. They usually come in a normal white letter envelope with a handwritten address. (Looks like a friendly letter). He also includes grow tips.
Good Luck
