you should have the seedlings on a 18/6 till you decide you want them to flower then you should start with the 12/12. 100 watts is not enough for a decent plant you might get something but i wouldnt recommened using for long because with a high pressure sodium or metal halide you could get a much better yeild. there are several growing guides on the internet one good one is smokeys hope you have a good harvest
