Hey guys, yeah it's me again... I'm going to be using miracle grow potting soil for my babbies, and a 400W HPS, what kind of fertalizer do you suggest? How often should I apply it?

you are going to need a fertilizer for vegging (what kind depends on what you want 10-15-10?) and another fertilizer for flowering (bloom burster), DO NOT OVERFERTILIZE, I usually use 1/4 the recommended dosage and fertilize every time I water...results are remarkable

You should use a shit based fertilizer as your main nute. You want to avoid a salt build up in the soil. I use Pure-Blend as my main fert and supplemant it with Bio-Thrive, potassium silcate, h2o2 during veg. You need to check the ph level EVERY TIME you mix your nutes. Make sure your ph is as close to 6 as you can get it. PH IS VERY IMPORTANT!! During flowering you plant needs are different. So make sure you adjust your ferts. Also, make sure you flush with straight water for the last 2 weeks before you harvest. Even when you are running straight water, adjust the ph level every time.

WOuld leaf discoloration be caused by too much of a certain nutriant? My GIRL has dark green areas, light green areas, lil' brown spots on a set of leaves and the leaves on the node above the colorful one is fairly uniform. I think I fertized about the time that the colorful leaves were unravelling.
