Here is the situation I will be getting my babys in one week (getting anxious, nervious and exited) and will be setting up either a 400w or a 1000w hps does anyone know a good web site that showes how exactly these are hooked up I have heard that there is some electrical work that needs to be done and would like a little info to see what I am getting my self into has any one else done the installation of one of these do I have to put in a sertain type of plugin all the info will be greatly appriciated. Thanks MR.Nrevious. PS Was anyone ever nervious when they stated or am I just being paranoid?

Goto 1000bulbs.com the place is the cheapest I have found .When you get the ballast the conections you need to make are marked on the wires.$140 for ballast,bulb and basket.400wmh

check your local commercial lighting supply store. i picked up a 400w mh complete with cord and buld for $130.00. it is a high bay( the kind that hangs from the ceiling of a warehouse).. as soon as i am ready to bud i am going to buy another one for my budding chamber. it was the best deal i found anywhere,, and i really looked around,, the internet is a great tool, and this website is awesome,, what with all the experience that every one here has to ofer.. this is so cool.. good luck
