i'm looking for info on some lights that a grower friend told me about. flourescents that produce similar lumens to hps and mh lights. it seems hard to believe, but anyone has info i'd be interested.

someone on there was talking about thoes lights. have a search through the posts i think the lights are called lights of amerca or something like that.

No first hand experience, YET- I guess they put out a lot of lumens.

ive had great results. i have grown the bushiest plant off of one. it only gets like 98 degrees hot so you can keep it close to the plant. i took the plastic shield off to cirdulate air. it is only 30 bucks at home depot.

How close did you put the lights to your plants? Just got mine and still need to wire them into a stand a friend built me. I bought two.
