Seeds on top

    I've got three seeds I've germinated in soil 3 days ago and they are now sitting on top of the soil. The taproot has definitely dug down into the soil, but the seeds haven't sprouted. Is anything wrong? They have been like this for more than a day, and I'm concerned that they aren't opening up. My other seedling that sprouted never did this, it just popped through one day... Any suggestions?
