Wow.....ty for posting this and very informative.
Do you know what strains are good for heart conditions, hypertension or such? Just curious as my dad has a serious heart condition but then he did say when he smokes his BP goes down as it calms him so maybe any strain will help with that. There were many strains I never heard of but will look up where to get them as my lil one has epilepsy and there were a few that you posted which are good for neuro conditions. She is too young but never too early to research for her future when she is old enuff. Again ty for this very informative post.

I would think that Indicas would be best for lowering blood pressure because of the calming effect they have.
I had been taking Avapro for hypertension but my bp was still a bit high. Ever since I started smoking every day my blood pressure has been normal, probably because it relieves the stress/anxiety that can contribute to HBP. I still take Avapro. If I ever lose weight I could probably stop taking it.

i take atacand for Hypertension, My preassure is under controll, righ now is about 110/70..... but sometimes when i smoke it lower my BP fast and some other times it rises it............. i think it elevate your blood preassure for the first 10 - 15 minutes, after that it starts to lower................. I"ll Agree with HHHG indica would be a bit better, but i will do the test on my self, with indicas and sativas and i"ll post my result here (it"s good to remind, that not all the body"s reacts at the same way) but it is true and proven that alcohol not toooooo much , but a few beers, help to lower blood preassure.........it help your arteries and veins to spread a bit and you blood can flow easy, the problem is that if you drink toooooooooooomuch, it would still lower your BP but after you loose the alcohol in your blood the veins and arteris will have contactions and that will rise like 10 to 20 points your HP................
