#2-Appearance:>8 Dense little trich covered nuggets.


#3-Taste:>Haze! with a little bit of hmm...not quite citrus but very fresh tasting. A bit harsh, especially on the exhale, typical of Haze crosses.


#4-Aroma:>Hmm...Fresh, light...hint of citrus?


#5-High/Stone type:>HAZE!!! Uplifting, which means it feels like there is some thing pulling you up ward from your chest, you feel lighter...potential for motivation! If you over do it you might just forget about whatever you were doing and become involved in your thoughts... A couple of hits though and you've got a smile on your face, a spring in your step and all the mental clarity you need to face the day productively! Oh yeah, long lasting too!

#8-Potency:>7.5 - 8? tough call. It's potent but isn't gonna put you on the floor. it's not that kind of high.

Brainstorm was formerly known as Hempstar.

But seriously, I know you love that Dutch Dragon and have reported it to be a good day time smoke, I don't know the lineage on that one but man I can't say enough about the Brainstorm UP high!

I was given the perfect gift, 2.5g of cured bud w/ 2fem seeds from the same pack the bud was grown from.

I germed my 2 seeds a few weeks ago and they are scheduled to go into flower on 12/20! I think I may have started them earlier that was required (given the Haze genetics) but what's done is done. They are looking great!
(and will be featured in my next grow thread)

I've only ever had anything like this a couple of times, once when a friend came back from California with Super Silver Haze and when buying haze crosses in Amsterdam. Could just be that the NW market is just very indica dominated but this aint that!

My benefactor said that he had a list of projects around the house that he'd completed since he harvested the Brainstorm...it's always the opposite for me, I don't get shit done for the first few weeks after my harvest is cured enough to smoke:smokin:

Hey all, My 2 seeds turned out to be very different from each other and neither one is quite like the sample I was raving about at the beginning. The Sativa dominate, Citrus smelling, pheno is still my favorite plant I've grown to date.

She's a little fussy and I'm hoping to have the chance to become more intimately acquainted with her needs. Clones are currently flowing, veging and rooting. I LIKE this one.

Cured 10 weeks or so.

I'm saying that the sample I was given with the seeds was more motivational in it's effect than this one is. It's still an "up" high as in, nothing resembling couch-lock but not like you are actually being lifted off of the ground. That's what I'm looking for. I've had it, I know it's possible. I want to grow one that does that. AFAIK, that's a Haze trait. Anybody that knows for sure what I mean and which strain let me know (Plz). I may end up looking for another NLxHaze cross to try after a bit (few months).

HC- Thanks man, the color is not like any I've had before. I'm interested to see if the one that's flowering now will be that color or if it was related to our unusually cold winter temps. Every other plant I've cloned has tasted better the second time, and all have tasted better grown with Root's Organics nutes than they did with the FF. I'm really looking forward to the next one.
