History: Papaya has an exotic tropical aroma that reminds one of the scent of whiskey pipe tobacco. Papaya is a fast growing, disease resistant, and usually an early maturing plant. Papaya is a heavy, greasy indica staying low and dense, very suitable for sea of green gardens. The buzz from our papaya is lethargic, almost narcotic.

Curing Method: Hung for 4 days, bagged for 2 days, into quart size jars

LIGHTING and Plant Information\

Number of Lights Used in Veg: 6
Type of Lights Used in Veg: 2 40w floro tubes, 2 23w CFLs, 2 42w CFLs
Number of Lights Used in Flower: 1
Type of Lights Used in Flower: 400 HPS

Nutrient Regime Information: Fox Farm tri-pack: Grow Big, Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom

Pest/Disease Information: Was flushed too long because the strain was supposed to be an indica that flowered early. It turned out to be a 81 day sativa that was hungry during the last 4 weeks.

General Comments and Observations: The high temperatures turned the buds a little airy. Overall yield for the 2 plants was 128 grams. I was satisfied with that since it was my first sinsemilla harvest.

Odour: Fruity, sweet

Potency: Hasn't been cured yet, but sample bud was numbing.

Essential Info: Watch your trichromes since this plant went way longer than it was supposed.

Yield: 2 plants = 128 grams

SOURCE: Seedboutique.com

Miscallaneous

Grower Comments: If they temperatures were right and I didnt flush too early, I would have given this plant a 8.5. Instead, because of grower error, I gave it a 6. At least I still have some more seeds to use.

F'n nice one Capt.Kush:icon_thumleft:... Im setting up a new grow and i usually buy a few expensive or feminized strains then a few cheap ones from dutch passion and nirvana,etc.... for my next grow im going for ICE from nirvana but it keeps selling out and they tell me to go for PAPAYA(at the seed shop) and iv been thinking about that but had never really heard much said about it so its great to actually read a stran report on it FINALLY:rocker:

I especially love the 'narcotic ' stone part:thumbsup:Cheers for taking the time out:ebert:

Ya I tried papaya, white rhino, and bubblicious. I didnt have any luck with the WR or bub.

The papaya is definitely a narcotic high. I made some ganja goo bars with about 20 grams of trim and they knock you out. Totally a body high. The couple smoke samples Ive had have been stoney too.

Yea the few times i've grown papaya have had bad luck. Once got a good indica pheno and once got a 50/50 mix that was purple. However most of the plants the 3 different times i grew it were sativa dominant and never really filled out completely, just didn't have much density. The buds took for every to cure to get a good taste. The final taste on all mine was always somewhat of grapefruit. Apprentice man wait for the ICE, i'm telling you it will be worth it. ICE is probably my favorite from them, currently i've just been messing with some legends ultimate indica, it's not too shabby. Trichs are small but there are lots of them and buds are very dense. Also it is very tolerant and easy to grow, something you guys maybe interested in checking out.

Maybe the bubblicious? Might be what your were talking about campo. Man you should really check the legends ultimate I mentioned, it can yield those huge colas your love to grow soo much! It is super easy to grow, very forgiving and will have you floating on cloud delta9(tetrahydrocanabinol that is!)

I have a Papaya I have kept .

It does well for me , indoors , and is an easy one for getting cuttings .

My wife says it's sorta narcotic too .

Doesn't have an overpowering odor in the growroom . Decent taste cured

Seeds direct from Nirvana 2003 .

So was it even called papaya when you got it or still mango? Anyways did you actually get a good indica pheno? It was a very light odor plant. It also yielded good but it just wasn't dense and wasn't to crazy about the trichs, too small. Did your have almost a cat piss ammonia smell at first. Mine did and now like 6 months later it smells kinda grapefruity/citrus/mango. Really light taste too. how about yours?
