Well that one you looked at is only running 400W, a 10watt dual fan and the dayton blower, so not much for the pound he pulls. The other guy that was pulling almost 4 out of his was using only 3 400W's the most expensive part is the light, for someone like use nugz that already have lights and everything else that little thing wouldn't cost but about $100, atleast i went to price materials at homedepot and thats what it would cost, not including the water pump which i'll get off ebay for $15.
