okay, heres what I've done..I hope I didn't mess it all up.
I've harvested a few of my plants about 10 days ago, hung the whole thing for the first 24 hrs or so while I manicured then broke it down to branches, discarding the main stalk, they hung in a cupboard for 5 days and were dry to the touch and stems snapped when bent so I trimmed off all the nuggs, put them into a mason jar and put the jar in my bottom drawer...about 4 hrs after doing this I opened it up and the delicious smell of my girl had turned to a hay/ alfalfa smell...not vinigary, or mildewy, just like fresh cut hay and all the bud is remoistened, not neccesarily wet, but moist...so is this bad? I've been airing the jar a couple times a day..should I not? should I just leave it be to cure? or did I get too over anxious and not let it dry enough? should I maybe use a piece of cheese cloth for a lid? what have I done and how can I fix it?
