how long can i keep mixed ferts? pure blend pro. i wanted to mix a gallon of 1/4 strength a gallonon of 1/2, 3/4 and full. just bto know i'm being consistant. how long can i keep it mixed on the shelf not being used?

But I think an air stone in the water would make it useable for a few days.

I mean why over mix?

Keep it bubbling or your NPK is out the window. I've been told by the folks at my hydro stores to use them within 3 days. I use organic fertilizers and I don't want nasty stuff growing in my expensive food supplies. Just mix up as much as you need when you need it.

one time i mixed some of my metas in small water bottles so that i wouldn't have to bust out the awkward 1qt containers every week. i don't know if it was a result of mixing the bloom and base then letting it sit or simply diluting the concentrated nutes with a little water, but within 1 week the bottles had all kinds of "crusties" in them. i didn't want to take any chances so i just tossed them out. i guess the advice indigo received from his hydro store guys was right.

Currently using the remainder of some Pure Blend Pro I bought over 2 years ago, is working just fine.

I mix my PBP and Guano a day in advance just to give the Guanos time to disolve. No problems so far with that.
