scrog strains

does anyone have any suggestions on a good scrog strain and a sog strain. i'd like to have good producers plus good potency. any help is greatly appreciated.

White Rhino from Nirvana did well in a scrog set-up, ice and mango were 2nd and 3rd.

Ive never tried the Scrog but have found a coup[le good SOG strains.
These also depend on which pheno you choose but Couchlock, Ak47, Afghani and Skunk#1 have worked well IMO.

ive gotton some "super afghani"--afghani crossed with super skunk--was wondering about a sog or scrog on those if anyone want to put in 2 cents.

it smokes nice and smooth, my buddy always cures his weed so bag appeal isnt good but the buzz is there. its a sativa type high.
