are fluorescent lights alright if they dont say not to use with plants and whats the best light cycle/ whats the best stuff to add to the soil for dank buds?

ya you can use flouros to grow but i would suggest in buying a HPS light. And for soil mitches and lights cycles those are in the FAQ.

man i'm lookin for some personal best soil mixtures came on some one has a grest one!
