I flushed my babies last week with 1 gallon of distilled water each last week (2 gallon pots) and i am wondering do i have to wait until the soil is dry again to flush this week or do i flush on a weekly basis. My plants are just about 7 weeks into flower and i have done one flush last week.

I think it's probably a good idea to wait until it's mostly dry anyway, just because it might cause the same problems as overwatering. Though maybe if it's really close to harvest, it might not matter if you aren't planning to reveg them. Letting them dry out completely between waterings (or flushings) at the end of flowering supposedly helps the yield and potency.

You shouldn't flush for no reason.

For a proper flush of a 2 gallon pot you need to run 8-10 gallons of water thru the pots. Then wait until the soil drys out really well. If it is time to harvest do so...letting the pots dry out will help produce more resins in the buds. If they need more water and are not quite done yet then just water as you normally would. One flush is plenty, and you don't want to hurt the roots.

Thats alot of water, i guess i should do that when it dries out a bit. Its almost there, but harvest is in a week or soo, its not good to harvest when the soil is wet right.

Yeah, what you did earlier was just a heavy watering. If they are ready for it, do a real flush with the requisite amount of water and you should be good until harvest.
