There has been speculation here about DPRK launching a nuclear strike on the west coast. I can tell you for a fact, that won't happen. There is a third player in this game, and if push comes to shove, and DPRK actually looks like they are going to do somthing stupid like launch a nuke, the third player will take them out of the game, and fast! Who is the third player? Think about who would have the most to lose from a DPRK/US nuclear exchange. Where do the prevailing winds blow? Who would lose millions of people from downwind radiation? (hint: it's not S. Korea)
