leaves have white frost and others

ok.....my leaves look dried but i dont think that they are or thats the problem.....the leaves have like a white crust on them i dont know what that is or if its normal just wondering also they have small yellow spots but i have added some salt to the water to maybe clear that before it gets too bad....i was really concerned about the white crust on top if that is anything i should worry about. its approx 5 weeks into veg stage and the plants are about 8-9 inch( i dont want a huge plant anyway thats no concern for me) but i was hopin someone could shine some light on the others. Thanks

never heard of this white crust before man:( the most I can do is post the fact that I can't help you to bump this back to the top so that maybe someone can hehehe. Anyway goodluck, if I find out anthing about this I will be sure to post back here

I'll shine some light,..The white **** is probably something to do with the *salt* you added.. C'mon now..These cannabis plants aint french fries!!! :shocked:

highly doubtful man cause i just added salt yesterday and they have been there for a few weeks.....actually you might have some truth there...it might be from the water...maybe i havent let the water sit long enough and it could be the chlorine from the tap water....so i think that might be it....yea actually i positive...thanks a lot cause it made me realize the problem....

Hey, it could be splashed nurients or something? My pots have a white dusting of dried ferts once and a while. Just white it off with some water.

:light:Yellow spotting = OVERFERTILIZATION!!! Salt? It will only make the problem worse...not go away.

U must water with plain water for at least one week; or untill they turn green again...then it will be okay to add fertz...:affro:

You've probably taken the advise already given but chances are you've been foliar feeding them and the crusting could be dried foliar nutes and the yellow spotting is where you've either sprayed with the lights on or they've still been a little wet as the lights have come on. Light magnifies through the water droplets and burns the leaves. If you haven't foliar fed them I'll shut up.

erm... this might be a stupid question but... are you flowering these plants atm? If you are, you DO know what trich's look like yus?
